We have a number of fun changes going on at the Windy N Ranch!!

Goats?? We have added goat meat to our offerings this year. You might be surprised to learn that goat is one of the most heavily consumed meats in the world!! Other countries favor it because of its unique taste. So if you’re looking to expand your horizons and your palate, we just sold out but you can reserve one for next year.

Meats: We sold out of beef a couple months ago but still have pork, lamb, goat, chickens and Thanksgiving turkeys. Grab the Order Form http://www.windynranch.com/Order_Form.html and let us know what you want. Our first chickens of the season will be available this Sunday the 19th.

Festivus: Each year we open our Ranch to family and friends for three days to come relax and enjoy the outdoors which will occur July 29th, 30th and 31st. We are going to offer tours of the Ranch over this weekend. We believe it is our privilege to care of the animals which nourish our bodies and we take that responsibility seriously. We are proud of how we treat our animals and love to share what we do with our friends, customers and other ranchers.

Organic: We have always been Grassfed and Pastured, but attaining the tile of “Certified Organic” is a bit more difficult. Certified Organic is a three year process to approve the fields and longer for most of our animals; we are currently at the end of our first year. Our pigs however, we are proud to say, will be Certified Organic for this year.
